What kind of churches are we planting?  Given the countries where there are successful national church planting movements like the Philippines, Zimbabwe, and Guatemala, why the culture of corruption?  If spirituality is up why is morality down? 

Global Transformation Ministries, Inc. was formed to frame the minds of leaders to answer these questions as they plan for their ministries.  During our signature two week training program participants are provided the theological framework and management leadership skills needed to effectively and efficiently lead their countries national transformational saturation church planting movements.  Topics to be covered include the following:  National Transformational Saturation Church Planting Movements, Towards a Biblical Worldview, The DNa Vision, Structural Evil, Church and State:  Collaboration and Conflicts, Towards a Functional Church, Christ, Church and Creation, Christians in Society, Towards a Trinitarian Ethics, and The Glory of God.

The Training Program was developed by Dr. Jun Vencer during his tenure as International Director of World Evangelical Alliance.  He continued to train leaders as Director for DAWN ASIA and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.  This has been a growing process for the past 17 years.  Many of the graduates of the Training Program have gone on to leader their respective national movements.
